Warren's expertise lies in Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Facility & Digital Design, and so much more. He earned his BBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship at Baylor University before starting his career in multi-family housing. He later purchased Greenridge Estates Assisted Living, alongside Winston.
Kara joined our team in early 2022. Her background in senior living marketing perfectly positions Kara to support our communities in all things related to marketing, outreach, public relations, and more!
Winston's expertise lies in the areas of Environmental Services, Accounting, Payroll, Billing, IT, and much more. Earning his BBA in Financial Accounting, Winston jumpstarted his career at Grace Healthcare before working at—and later purchasing—Greenridge Estates Assisted Living.
Carson has been a part of the Roots Living team since the very beginning. He's a jack of all trades! Earning his BBA in Human Resource Management from Baylor University, Carson helps oversee our people teams company-wide.
The newest member of our team, Jessica, has a track record of excellence in the communities she has overseen. Her enthusiastic attitude and personable approach are a great combination for supporting our communities' operational goals.
Jeff's senior living career spans over 30 years, gaining experience at companies such as Holiday, Frontier, Health Resources, and more. Having worked both inside communities and at the corporate level, Jeff has extensive experience in Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
