Frank & Dorothy Gilman open their first nursing home in Gladstone, Oregon
1980-2000: Expansion
John & Sharon Tonack expand HRI, Inc. to over 23 senior living properties, exiting the company in 2000
2020-Present: Growing Roots
Roots Living was started to continue growing our family's incredible "roots" in senior living
1970s: The 2nd Generation
John Tonack expands the family business, opening three more properties, including today's Greenridge Estates
2000s: The 3rd Generation
Greg & Edda Tonack branch out on their own, operating several properties, including Greenridge Estates
2016: The 4th Generation
Warren & Winston acquire Greenridge Estates, solidifying a 4th generation of leaders in senior living
